Q. Do I really need a shredder?
A. Fraud by unscrupulous people is on the increase, including cloning
Identities - usually from information found in bins, domestic
and commercial! The Data Protection Act, bank, medical &
credit details, all these point to a need of a shredder.
Q. If I need a shredder, how big a model do I require?
A. This depends on how much information you need to destroy on an
ongoing basis. We will
ask the relevant questions to identify the best model to suit your
individual requirements.
Q. Is it more effective to have a 'all-in-one multifunction machine'
to do all the jobs in the office?
A. This depends on the space you have to play with in your office,
and whether you want to have all your eggs in one basket ...
Q. If I need a copier, how big a machine will I need?
A. There are many options to chose from, and your choice depends
on the volume required, size of paper, optional time saving
additional equipment. We will sit down and discuss all your requirements
and suggest 'Best Advice' solutions to resolve your problem.

to use your machines individually.

A. There are many different types of cabling, and although Cat
5 is common, there are other types that your office machinery

machine need servicing,
if so how often?

you use it, the more it will need a service. We would usually recommend
a yearly service for most equipment.

our office machinery?

it is essential. Service contracts tend to tie you into a long term
contract, which might not be easy to wriggle out of ...
